OUR ESTATE MANAGEMENT PLAN
Our plan is designed to alleviate the homeowner of many time consuming tasks that aren’t always easy to manage in addition to everyday life. Perfect Patch Service’s Estate Management plan will provide the homeowner with a sense of ease while they’re home or traveling. In fact the plan offers the homeowner a trustworthy and knowledgeable couple to assist regular scheduled maintenance of the property.
The Estate Management Plan Includes:
On a weekly basis PPS can complete a check of the homeowner’s grounds both interior and exterior. This check can be done to specify certain areas that need attention based on the homeowner’s discretion.
A copy of the previous weeks review can be faxed or e-mailed to the owner's home. Appropriate changes to previous weeks review can be made for continuing progress.
Preventative Maintenance Schedules: Maintaining a home is important and can be time consuming. PPS will keep constant observation on the home and schedule or complete any type of maintenance or repairs required at that time.
Key Holder Service: Act as primary contact for sub-contractors, vendors, family, and friends at owner’s discretion to allow access to the home.
Sub-Contractor Supervision: PPS has been around construction for 25 years and has dealt with almost every field of home construction, repair, and exterior maintenance. If a sub contractor is needed PPS will contact the appropriate company or professional needed to complete the required project/repair, determine the timing of job, grant entry to the property, and secure home upon departure. PPS will also verify the scope of work was completed accurately and is acceptable to the homeowner.
Home Maintenance During Travel: Maintain property, secure the property upon departure, clean house during departure, and return the home to proper condition before arrival home.
Errand Services: These are various types of errands that can be completed according to the homeowner’s needs and desires, which will make life much easier.
Car Services: Provides safe and secure transportation to areas such as airports.
Mail and Package Services: Will accept UPS and FedEx deliveries; collect mail from P.O. box or regular mailbox and securely place within the home.
Pool/Spa Maintenance: Check chemicals and make changes to pH and acid levels as needed.
